Process
The recruiter was very pleasant and prompt, making a good first impression on the company.
The first round was with an executive, the India head. It was a very good discussion, and sincerity was on display, which made a good second impression on the company.
The second round was a disaster. The person on the other end was very curt and played around with the questions. The discussion ended abruptly after what was an incorrect answer. I immediately decided on the spot that I would not continue with any further discussions, given the professionalism on display.
