Pros: - Interesting enterprise software niche and customer scenarios: Technology Business Management, looking to help companies manage, plan, and transform their (IT) business processes in ways that provide real value, all-up. - Enviable customer base, including over 1/3 of the Fortune 100 and significant mindshare and opportunity to impact at CIO levels. - Strong marketing organization and approach, including being the founding and key tech partner in the TBM Council (industry council). - Good dev culture: reasonable management, good team feel, willing to invest to improve productivity. Generally fulfilling and fun to be part of. - New apps are being built with modern technologies, with good reception from customers. - Still a relatively small company with a small-company feel.

Cons: - Not as much "flash" potential or immediate customer volume in enterprise software versus consumer. A little more patience is required, but you get to know and grow your new apps with your customers better. - Some time was wasted in architectural churn a couple of years ago, but it's largely in the past now.

Pros: Good environment and work-life balance is good.

Cons: I did not see any cons.

Pros: Real customers with real money. Good snacks in the kitchen. Strong sales and consultancy staff.

Cons: Not a place to develop a career. The transition from a small company to a mid-size one has been painful for most people, especially those joining in the past year and a half. A revolving door for rank-and-file employees.
