Product quality is nonexistent. E-Staff are bullies and very unprofessional. The company is built on hype alone and past successes from friends of the CEO. The product falls over on any mid to large company. Performance metrics are baked. Women are treated like second-class citizens.
Start doing Agile, not FrAgile. Stop bullying your employees, hire some women, fire the E staff, and last but not least, throw away your code and start over. This is NOT enterprise software, and it is NOT accurate, and it does NOT scale.
