HR contacted me after my application. They asked if I had any contacts with other HRs in the company (which I found unusual) and invited me to a coding assessment.
I needed to score 100% to be moved to the next stage, which was a live coding session.
The first interviewer mentioned he wasn't the right person to conduct an interview with Python, so HR rescheduled the session.
The second interviewer seemed to be in a hurry. He didn't give me any time to think and started explaining the solution immediately. This being my first live coding interview, I naturally failed miserably.
At the end of the interview, the interviewer asked if I had any questions. However, he interrupted me when I started asking them, stated that I should ask HR, and ended the call.
The rejection only came when I followed up after two weeks.
Overall, the process seemed messy and uncoordinated, though it was very fast; all interview stages concluded within a week.
