Software Engineer Interview Experience - Burnaby, British Columbia

Process

The process started with email communications with a recruiter. He sent a long email containing information about the process and interviews, along with a sample question. The process was really fast. I received a response within an hour.

Two people conducted my screen interview. One was friendly, and the other was arrogant. They brought a laptop with nine pre-made questions. An interviewer randomly selected questions.

At the end, one interviewer refused to shake hands and didn't fully escort me to the entrance. Within a day, I received a one-line, insincere rejection email. It seems that the company doesn't have any respect for people whom they think are worthless.
