I applied through a recruiter. He first asked me to answer some questions regarding my background, my programming skills, and etc. in an email.
Then, I was invited for an onsite interview. The interviewer was very kind and helpful.
The system was Unix. The interview lasted about an hour, and at the end, he told me, "I think you are not a good match."
Questions
A couple of basic questions, such as finding a missed number in a sorted array, etc.
