I met recruiters at the job fair my school hosted.
Had a great talk with them and hit it off well with one of them, and was offered an interview.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted with an interview offer. A phone interview with a shared screen terminal session was used to do the coding challenges.
A week or two went by, and the interviewer kept in touch with me. I was kept informed of their internal process (they had to finish interviewing the rest of the applicants) and then I received an offer.
