Pros

Great company culture with a big team of intern coordinators on the Hardware team committed to making your co-op as valuable and engaging as possible.

Frequent free food events, including beer bash on Fridays.

Interns were in charge of a full-fledged internal project.

Cons

Some work assigned by full-timers was very labor-intensive but not technically challenging. But basically, that's what you would expect from an internship; you're there to make the lives of full-timers easier.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. The flat management style works great to foster learning. Make sure that co-op mentors are assigned at the beginning of every co-op term. This didn't happen for me until I was a month in.
