Great company, started well with talented people, but gradually losing the talent for obvious reasons (not ready to spend in this area).
Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow (if you are early in your career).
As others mentioned:
There is not enough space or facilities for employees in the Bangalore office (advertised as a Development Center). In fact, leadership decided to give up seating space and facilities (gym, cafeteria, break room, conference rooms - in other words, anything required other than 8 hours of work). This was done while the company was growing and hired more employees! Just to save some dollars.
Please try to spend more for India Development Center (at least on par with other global Arista offices). A bit more consideration on periodic pay revision will definitely help (at least match with the people fired from other vendor companies).
First, they have a coding test with two medium LeetCode questions. The second round consists of technical questions based in C++ and networks. Finally, an HR round with a technical component occurs.
Easy DSA questions and fundamentals are necessary. Do OS, CN, OOPs, and DSA. LeetCode medium. Graphs, tries, and trees. Three rounds: two DSA and one managerial. Two rounds were online, whereas one was onsite in the office.
I wanted to share my recent hiring experience with Arista Networks, which unfortunately turned into one of the most frustrating processes I’ve encountered — mainly due to poor communication and lack of transparency. After clearing multiple interview
