Online assessment (no compiling) --> phone interview --> onsite.
However, the onsite never happened because they reached headcount (i.e., they had no more mentors left for new grads) and they overbooked their onsites.
They "compensated" back by sending me a $50 Amazon gift card. So, I guess it's cool. Next time, I guess.
