After the first round with the Hiring Manager, the second round was a quick technical interview. Both interviewers were very friendly. I was asked to explain a given piece of code and to approve it. The second question was about a jigsaw puzzle.

Free lunch that's healthy.
Pretty good leadership, but that depends on the org/area.
Friendly colleagues.
Good cross-team collaboration.
Cons: Geo-colocate policy: If you are based in SF, you should be in an SF team.
Lots of process for launching a product feature.
Comp is not top-tier.
