Nothing in particular comes to mind. Sounds of construction have been annoying, but that's hopefully temporary, and nothing noise-cancelling headphones can't deal with.

After sending my CV, I almost instantly got my phone screening scheduled. The HR was very kind; we discussed my background and I was introduced to Asana's values and the recruitment process. I was invited to proceed with the interview process. First

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
