After sending my CV, I almost instantly got my phone screening scheduled. The HR was very kind; we discussed my background and I was introduced to Asana's values and the recruitment process. I was invited to proceed with the interview process. First

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.

Around 10 hours all in all, spread over 6 weeks. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. You're expected to digest a whole trove of interview prep docs and videos if you want any chance at an offer. I did not count that into the 10 hours above. If you're
