Great people, mission, leadership
Even during the difficult market times of 2022, Asana seems to be doing great! The management is very considerate of employee perspectives. There are regular all-hands where most pressing questions are answered. I feel confident working here, even during a global market slowdown. Unlike many other new tech companies, you can see and feel that Asana's product and mission are actually useful.
Team and people culture - everyone is respected a lot. I have never felt or even heard of any bad attitude or mistreatment.
Nothing really. The stock went down a lot in the past year, but that was after a big increase and seems to be similar to other growth tech companies.

Software Engineer
Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
