- Not the same promotion farm and stakeholder havoc as other big tech companies.
- Interesting tech problems to solve, and not enough people to do it, though not overbearing on work/life balance if you're an IC, at least.
The backend tech stack is split between Scala and Typescript, although the company is standardizing on Typescript now.
Many decisions to create own services rather than open-source or industry standard solutions left a lot of lava layers and tech debt.
Sentiment on company growth is not bad but also not great.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
