While there is increased acceptance of mental health struggles, there's still a long way to go.
As soon as you need time off due to mental health struggles, the environment becomes more hostile.
Be more inclusive towards hidden disabilities, especially mental ones.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
