A great place to work in every respect
Extremely smart people. High growth potential. Exciting product. Amazing food (I can't stress this one enough). Great culture. Work/life balance is pretty good considering the size of the company.
This is a tough one. The only thing I can think of is that we're not blowing up in terms of growth. You hear about a lot of startups with extremely steep valuation curves.
We are not one of them. But we have steady growth, and I feel this is more sustainable in the long run.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
