Amazing culture. People are kind and mature. The product is truly amazing when used well, and it makes teams successful. Transparency: I am continually learning about what it takes to build a company. There is so much more to do in the space and with the product.
Technical architecture is unnecessarily complicated, which has made development slower than it needs to be.
Teams aren't as long-lived as they need to be (this has improved significantly though).
I would like to see a stronger focus on growing the business, along with accountability for achieving this growth.
