Compensation was previously an issue, but they've since raised salaries. The strong business outlook has made the stock compensation very worthwhile.
Can feel a bit cultish due to everyone acting really positive and 90% of employees being SF liberals.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
