The biggest compliment that I can give Asana is that this is the first time in my career where I actually feel motivated to contribute to my company's mission and success.
I genuinely feel like this company cares for its employees, and as a result, the employees are motivated to care about the company and everyone in it.

The only complaint that I have (that is also shared by many others here) is about the mandatory Return to Office policy. If Asana was flexible on this policy and at least allowed employees to choose whether they want to be hybrid in office or fully remote, then this company would be absolutely perfect.
Please give employees the option to be fully remote. I know you technically say that full-remote is an option and that it's "discretionary" with your manager, but we all know that it's not a real option for 99% of employees.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
Gave a simple 90-minute interview with discussion afterwards. The question was easy, and the discussion was smooth. Have a good understanding of your code and be prepared to explain all of your design decisions.
