Pros

Asana treats people right. There are so many accommodations to support as many people as possible.

Work-life balance is incredible. I'm used to a much higher degree of off-hours disruptions/distractions. At Asana, I can turn off my laptop and not worry that I'm missing something.

Asana puts actual effort behind its words. Nothing is empty; everything is staffed. There are people dedicated to every function such that nothing gets missed, lost, or forgotten.

Everyone is so nice!

Cons

Asana does not believe in remote work and is very office-focused. I know several people I would love to recommend to work at the company who cannot apply because they live and work where there is not an Asana office.

Advice to Management

Keep investing in your workforce the way you have. It's incredible you've been able to maintain and expand the Asana culture while growing the company so aggressively and going public. Please keep that which makes Asana special.
