Applications Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

I was selected for an initial interview about a week after I submitted my application. I appreciated receiving a quick response on my application.

The pre-interview questionnaire helped move things along during my first interview. The recruiter mentioned that I would be moved to the next round near the end of our phone interview, but I have not received any communication from the company.

I attempted to contact both recruiters, but all attempts to reach out have gone without response. It has been 1.5 months since the initial interview.

I have no choice but to move onto other career opportunities. A simple phone call or email reply would have been sufficient to inform me of my interview status. I would have appreciated any sign of mutual respect from the ASML recruiters, but I have seen no evidence of this.

Questions

General questions regarding who I was and my background. The recruiter was unable to answer role-specific (and even location-specific) questions that I asked.
