Process
Can’t say because not allowed to. Very nice and smooth. Recruiter was very helpful and nice. Didn’t get in but it was all good as I messed up the final round of the interview.

Pros: The pay (salary + profit sharing) is good.
Cons: No layoffs, but lots of job terminations. If they couldn't find a story to get rid of you, they'd make one up.
Making up stories against others for personal interests is common practice for some people. Is this a culture from the Netherlands?
