The pay (salary + profit sharing) is good.
No layoffs, but lots of job terminations. If they couldn't find a story to get rid of you, they'd make one up.
Making up stories against others for personal interests is common practice for some people. Is this a culture from the Netherlands?

Engineer
Three rounds. The first is with an HR representative, the second one is a phone interview with the hiring manager, and the last is an online interview with six interviewers in half-hour slots. Also, I needed to prepare a 45-minute presentation.
