Pros: The only pro is good job security compared to other tech companies in the area.

Cons: If you value yourself, health, and career growth, run – don’t walk – away from this company. Long hours and likely to be underpaid. Very little access to the cool technology you are supposed to work on. Disorganized with many middle managers, who contribute little and schedule meetings all day. No career progression. Very clique-y and divided, mostly by nationality. I won’t lie that this helped me sometimes, but it’s a toxic culture if you are unlucky. Team communication is very bad, with a lot of ‘interdependent’ groups working independently of each other.
