Process

Spoke with the recruiter Don three times previous to the in-person interview.

I was brought in for a live interview with seven people on the panel. I proceeded from office to another office to meet the seven employees. I was asked redundant questions as I proceeded through the various offices.

After getting food in the cafeteria, I was brought to a conference room where I didn't have time to eat the food, as I was still being interviewed.

After a six-hour day of interviewing, Don said he would get back to me the next day.

After two days of no response, I followed up with Don via voicemail. I never heard anything back, not even the courtesy to say I did not get the job.

Ghosted by ASML. I realize that interviews are a one-way street, with pretty much the candidate doing all the walking. However, after spending your entire day interviewing, it would be nice to at least get a canned email response that they would not be moving forward with me.
