Pros: ASML is a great company to work for. There are lots of challenges in every aspect of technology you can think of, never a dull moment, and always a lot of variety in a working day. ASML has a huge community delivering something for everyone.
Cons: ASML is becoming very large.
This is sometimes cumbersome, as processes take more time and become sluggish.
