Process
Firstly, I applied via LinkedIn. After 2-3 weeks, I got an email for the Skype interview. The manager interviewed me directly and asked job-related technical questions about my current work. Then, after 3 weeks, they suggested a trip for me to make a face-to-face interview in Veldhoven. My interview in Veldhoven lasted about 4 hours, and I met 3 people, including group leads and the manager.
Questions
Convection heat transfer. Vibration problem (constructing the motion equation for the mass-damper system and solving it). Steel-iron properties. Failure criteria. Cross beams.
