Very ordered. It started with a campus interview and moved to an on-call HR interview. Then, I had an hour-long interview with a Team Leader, which comprised answering basic design scenarios. After passing that, I had another technical phone interview with a senior architect. It was similar to the previous one but went a bit deeper into the subject. Finally, I was called in for a whole-day on-site interview. This one was intense and comprised several different interviews.

They asked me to present during the on-site. Make sure it is a design project (for this role) that you worked on physically.
