I applied for a mechanical engineer vacancy online. Then, the first Skype interview was with a team leader, and after one month, they invited me for a face-to-face interview in Veldhoven.

They paid for my flight and one night in a hotel.

The day before the interview, I completed different tests and assessments online that we commented on together during the interview.

They organized a program that took five hours, and I was interviewed by seven different people: HR, mechanical engineers, and the team leader for the large frame business unit.

The interview was quite easy, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job.

They were really available, also explaining the reasons for the negative response. I think I am going to apply soon for another position. I had a really good impression of the company and the people.
