Pros: Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Good work culture. Very nice managers and colleagues. Everyone is well-educated and helpful.

Cons: Salary is very low compared to competitors and the onsite location. Not too challenging. Hire mostly engineers with PhDs or Master's degrees to do very simple tasks that don't require that much education, which makes it frustrating and quite frankly less exciting. Job/Salary progression is very slow.

Pros: Groundbreaking technology and lots of scope for learning and growing in the organization.

Cons: Work-life balance is not great, and pay could be more competitive.

Pros: From the organization, a lot of focus is put on personal development in both technical and soft-skill directions. Interesting challenges to solve with highly skilled colleagues. Nice financial benefits like a 13th month and profit sharing. 40 paid holidays. Speak-up culture, which is beneficial for technical ideation as everyone is heard.

Cons: ASML HQ becomes quite busy/crowded during rush hours. It would be nice if ASML opened other offices in the Netherlands to accommodate interested people from the northern parts of the Netherlands as well.
