Nice financial benefits like a 13th month and profit sharing. 40 paid holidays. Speak-up culture, which is beneficial for technical ideation as everyone is heard.

Cons: ASML HQ becomes quite busy/crowded during rush hours. It would be nice if ASML opened other offices in the Netherlands to accommodate interested people from the northern parts of the Netherlands as well.
