Pros: Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Good work culture. Very nice managers and colleagues.
Everyone is well-educated and helpful.
Cons: Salary is very low compared to competitors and the onsite location.
Not too challenging.
Hire mostly engineers with PhDs or Master's degrees to do very simple tasks that don't require that much education, which makes it frustrating and quite frankly less exciting.
Job/Salary progression is very slow.
