First, I talked on the phone with HR, and then I had an online interview. It was quite good in terms of technical questions. Then they invited me to a face-to-face interview. They forced me to speak German, even though I told them it wasn't efficient. I did not feel comfortable, especially at the end of the meeting. After 2.5 months, they sent a rejection email.
