3 rounds of interviews:
Interview process was fine. They asked behavioral questions, why I'm interested in the job, and theoretical questions about what I would do in a scenario, and similar questions.
Overall, I thought the interview process went okay.
Note: This company will ghost you, even if you made it through the final rounds. I didn't even receive an automated rejection for when the position was filled.
The company can really step up in communication, especially for candidates that make it to the final round. I understand a lack of communication for lower-level interviews, but it would be courteous to send out at least an automated rejection email so we're not left wondering what our status is, especially after taking time to make it to the interviews.
They asked about my experience and what I would do in scenarios.
