We had a phone call interview with Human Resources. The interview's time was 15 minutes. We talked about my professional background briefly, salary expectations, and motivation. After that, I had an online interview with the team leader. We talked about my technical background and motivation. The interviews were not hard.

Cons: It's very stressful in production, but I feel it's because of bad management. There are so many layers of managers, which makes it difficult to make decisions fast and easy to make bad decisions.
