I applied at the ASML portal and received a first screening by phone. The screening included questions about relocation availability and salary expectations. After that, they sent a tech challenge using the HiveVue platform, which I did well on. I then had another 1-hour interview with an HR person and a tech manager. They did not ask any questions but instead listened to my personal presentation and had me complete other tasks. They did not make it clear how deep their expectations were for my answers, nor did they ask deep tech questions. The final feedback was that my answers were generic. Unfortunately, this last step was frustrating. They could have explored my experiences better to have a fairer feedback.
