Pros: If you are looking to work for a large company with a very intricate class structure that gets a lot of very important and cool work done, ASML is great. There are a lot of people, and the machines are very complicated. But they are also insanely cool.

Cons: If you don't like large companies, ASML can feel a bit disingenuous. I was also not a fan of the area.

Pros: It's okay. The pay is good, and the campus is nice. The clean room is awesome.

Cons: It's not the best work-life balance; they will work you to the bone until you break.

Pros: Single most important company in the litho business. Highly innovative, great business, virtually no competition.

Cons: Life and balance have never been good and are getting worse. There is no proper oversight for Wilton management; they are enjoying too much autonomy. It is apparently clear VHV headquarters does not place proper control on Wilton management. For example, they hire and fire managers at will. Career mobility is very limited due to its size. Once you get out of the inner circle, there is no way to recover.
