Process
I was contacted by a recruiter at the end of April. The on-site interview took place in June.
They ask to pass a quite challenging test online to evaluate your programming level, send a CV, motivation, and recommendation letters.
Afterwards, the documents were studied by someone from the company. When they are interested, you get a phone interview.
If the last one goes well, you are invited to have two (1-hour each) interviews at their office. For just one hour, you cannot talk about everything, so it's moreover a deep presentation of you and of the job you are applying for, talks about the challenging tasks in your life, etc.
