I recently went through the interview process at ASML.

It started with two online assessments and then two interviews—one technical and one behavioral. They focused on my experience, how I handle work situations, and if I could work in a specific area without knowing the bigger picture.

This might differ from team to team, but the two interviews I had weren't very organized. On the bright side, the HR process was good, and I got feedback quickly.

Even though I was really excited about joining ASML when I applied, I lost some of that enthusiasm after the interviews. This might be because of the specific team I interviewed with; it could be different for other positions or teams.
