A fairly informal interview process with many behavioral-type questions. This is an entry-level position with a lot of fresh graduates, so they try to probe for what kind of attitude you have, how you would react in certain situations, what your comfort level is for working hands-on with mechanical things, and whether you will be willing to stay within the department for two years. An offer was made in the same interview.
