C++ Developer
Multiple rounds, with a few behavioral ones and two technical interviews. I sent my CV and cover letter in and got a call very shortly, asking me for a video-recorded interview. I got a referral link.

Easy. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The questions varied from "describe your approach to a problem" to "tell us about your experience in company A or during your academic projects."
Mechatronics Engineer
Horrible. HR is completely clueless. They will string you along for months, through multiple interviews with clueless people. Nobody has any clue what is going on at any given time, and there is no incentive for any progress ever.
