ASML has great benefit packages and a wonderful culture with a huge amount of diversity. You can find literally every walk of life at ASML, which is refreshing. The constant expansion of the factory leads to endless possibilities and job openings.
It seems like the pay for most positions is grossly underpaid.
This appears to be the primary reason good engineers and project leaders leave for other ventures.
