Pros

You will be showered with all the awesome “benefits,” like:

  • Coffee machines
  • Social events
  • Food trucks
  • Solar panels
  • Cool technology.
Cons

All of those benefits are great ways to forget that the typical commute for an employee here is about 45 minutes to an hour. The cost of living in the region greatly exceeds the spending power of your paycheck.

To top it all off, most roles at this location can easily be remote, but they aren’t because of "company culture" or "it's a privilege."

Advice to Management

Better compensation and embrace remote work.
