Competence Engineer
Two rounds of interviews. The interviewers had an open and interested mindset. They were really looking for a match between the company and the job applicant. The first interview was online and the second interview was in person.

15 min self-intro (5 interviewers were in the same meeting room). 1 on 1 for 30 min with 5 interviewers (take turns). More behavior questions, questions about the candidate's past experience, the motivation for job application, etc.
