It’s not possible to describe the environment, work ethic, social events, smiley faces, zero hierarchy, inspirational leaders, not only emphatic but also technically genius coaches, fresh fruits, and the openness to new ideas! Just dream it: You can even criticize your leader, and s/he will most probably answer like, “Thanks for letting me know. It’s your safety/speak up moment. You’re definitely right. Let’s elaborate on this topic.”

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I do not just call it “ASML” here; it’s my safe place. I would rather call it “H.O.M.E” (Human Oriented Movement Establishers).

Instead of being grateful, my smart duties sometimes can be complainers.
