Metrology Engineer
Detailed conversation for 2 hours. Different departments, but 4 PhDs interviewed me. Very professional and I would say scientific. Major part of the interview was spent in questions about optical physics.
Software Engineer
An HR person called me on the phone to ask more questions regarding my background, current role, and what kind of role I am looking for. I did not have any technical interview or questions.

At least two steps of the talk. One via video (Teams) and one personal meeting with different stakeholders. Generally, you are not likely to talk to the team you will be working with.
