Data Engineer
It took long to plan the interview. It took place online (it was during corona) and consisted mainly of standard questions. But in the end, they were positive and offered a position.
Mechanical Design Engineer
directly via ASML's website. I quickly had feedback within a month. Firstly, I made an online interview, then a second interview with team leads, then a last interview with HR. Finally, I got the offer within another month.
Software Engineer
First, a phone interview, then invited for an on-site interview. Typical abstract questions that have nothing to do with the position, and many "technical" questions that are completely irrelevant. Too many philosophical attitudes abound.
