I will say the interview process lacks human interaction. The recruiting HR never responded to any of my mail. After 15 days of the first round, they rejected me without any explanation, even though the interview went well. No feedback, nothing. Just
Applied under my own name, but was not invited. Afterwards, under a Dutch name, I was invited with the same CV, with only layout adjustments. I even received an offer afterwards, but I declined it. I didn't want to confront them with it either. F
There are two technical interviews. Both interviews discuss your CV in general, and how your CV and experience meet the role. "Why did you apply for the role?" was also a major part of the interview.
