I will say the interview process lacks human interaction. The recruiting HR never responded to any of my mail. After 15 days of the first round, they rejected me without any explanation, even though the interview went well. No feedback, nothing. Just
Applied under my own name, but was not invited. Afterwards, under a Dutch name, I was invited with the same CV, with only layout adjustments. I even received an offer afterwards, but I declined it. I didn't want to confront them with it either. F
It was an interview based on two rounds, with two people in each one. Lots of questions for content, but also a check for cultural fit. The people in that interview were from different departments but in the same function. Overall, a good experienc
